Your Role & Responsibilities:
Your role will be to support the execution of deliverables for a wide range of clients, including:
- Set up, manage and optimise campaigns within Meta and Google’s ever-changing ads manager
- Assistance with client strategic briefs
- Analyse data to pinpoint potential growth areas and apply conversion rate optimisation techniques (e.g., A/B testing) to maximise ROI
- Craft compelling direct-response ad copy that drives sales
- Manage landing pages and websites to install conversion code and tracking pixels
- Communicate effectively with Account Managers and clients the strategies of campaigns
- Generate performance analysis reports, suggest adjustments, and continually optimise campaigns
- Coordinating work and deliverables with the design and marketing teams
- Stay informed on industry trends to identify opportunities in paid media
- Be invested in each client’s business as though it were your own
The Successful Candidate:
- Tertiary qualification in a marketing, communication or related field required
- 1-2+ years experience building and running Google and Meta ads campaigns
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio. Google Tag Manager experience a plus
- Understanding of email marketing systems and CRMs (MailChimp or similar)
- Data-driven and analytical
- Ability to prioritise and organise workloads independently and work to deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Hunger to stay up-to-date in the fast-changing environment
- A positive, problem-solving attitude
- Digital Marketing Assistant experience, preferably in an agency or creative environment
NOTE: whilst there is flexibility, this is not a remote role. Our studio is based in Carrum Downs, southeast of Melbourne in Victoria.
