Digital Marketing Coordinator (Agency) – Pedestrian Jobs


We are on the hunt for an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced and supportive team and work across a number of client accounts. 

This hands-on role requires a collaborative team player with a can-do attitude. If you are a strong communicator who is confident dealing with internal and external stakeholders, with a talent for digital marketing implementation, analysis and solutions in a team environment – this job is for you! 

That Marketing Co. is a full-service marketing, digital and creative agency. We work with a variety of premier brands on small and large-scale projects to deliver exceptional results that influence and inspire. 

Your Role & Responsibilities:
Your role will be to support the execution of deliverables for a wide range of clients, including:

  • Set up, manage and optimise campaigns within Meta and Google’s ever-changing ads manager
  • Assistance with client strategic briefs
  • Analyse data to pinpoint potential growth areas and apply conversion rate optimisation techniques (e.g., A/B testing) to maximise ROI
  • Craft compelling direct-response ad copy that drives sales
  • Manage landing pages and websites to install conversion code and tracking pixels
  • Communicate effectively with Account Managers and clients the strategies of campaigns
  • Generate performance analysis reports, suggest adjustments, and continually optimise campaigns
  • Coordinating work and deliverables with the design and marketing teams
  • Stay informed on industry trends to identify opportunities in paid media
  • Be invested in each client’s business as though it were your own

The Successful Candidate:

  • Tertiary qualification in a marketing, communication or related field required
  • 1-2+ years experience building and running Google and Meta ads campaigns
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio. Google Tag Manager experience a plus
  • Understanding of email marketing systems and CRMs (MailChimp or similar)
  • Data-driven and analytical
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workloads independently and work to deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Hunger to stay up-to-date in the fast-changing environment
  • A positive, problem-solving attitude
  • Digital Marketing Assistant experience, preferably in an agency or creative environment

NOTE: whilst there is flexibility, this is not a remote role. Our studio is based in Carrum Downs, southeast of Melbourne in Victoria.
